We present our final "Outsider Wall" for the month of the week that was as we gear up for a very busy September as we remember and honor the fallen and their families. Afghanistan has been in the headlines as the Untied States and other countries have rushed to evacuate their nationals and vulnerable Afghans. Yesterday, the body of the 13 Americans killed was returned to the United States and received by President Biden. Over 100,000 Afghans have been evacuated and as we went to press, we saw reports about assurances by the Taliban that they would guarantee all who wish to leave Afghanistan will be allowed to leave. We have also saw reports of two leading political figures inside Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai & Abdullah Abdullah, have been placed under house arrest. It was also of interest to note how The Taliban have told Afghan Farmers to stop planting opium. Our team has been assessing the situation out of Iran as Iranian Children go back to school. The
