It has been a breathtaking day as we went to press with this special late breaking edition of Notations. 

President Trump had a news conference today as he tried to change the narrative on the gathering storm over impeachment due to the conversations he had with the President of Ukraine.    President Trump's network of supporters in the US Congress and the Conservative Media pushed the talking points as President Trump also cited Vice President Pence, the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Commerce as well--as Rudy Giuliani, the President's Personal Lawyer made the rounds in terms of what he did including supposed conversations Mr. Giuliani had with Officials at the State Department:

Democratic lawmakers who have seen the intelligence community whistleblower complaint said they were disturbed by its still-secret contents.
Released to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees in the mid-afternoon, Republicans and Democrats viewed the complaint, which touches on a phone call President Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July.

The Trump Campaign raised 5 Million dollars and the Democratic Act Blue Platform raised the similiar amount as the battle lines were drawn as this late breaking update from the New York Times noted with minimal investigation by The Justice Department:
